Don Gato Blanco (750ml) 2016 fine strawberriesMade Good Encouraged by sunny days and nutrient rich soil our lowland agave plants pick up the accents of the land; spicy, herbal, earthy. Using a combination of modern and ancient processes, some of this agave is crushed by ancient stone tahona wheels but always encouraged by Don Gato through meditation and positive manifestations. Distillation occurs in gleaning copper pot stills that are as impressive as you are imagining. Aroma & Taste Cool times
