A number of equestrian buttons have been hallmarked with
Zilveren miniatuur melkbus, 18e eeuws putto but the leather has someSilver miniature milk churn made by an unknown silversmith from the 18th century. The milk churn is only marked with the tax mark wild boar (1831 1893). A similar model is depicted in the book "Dutch silver miniatures from the 17th and 18th century" by John Endlich, page 71. This one was made by Johannes Adrianus van Geffen. The miniature shows signs of use, meaning some damage, as shown in the photos. The milk churn has a loose lid. Weight: 9. 9
