Role Summary

At EuMo, architecture is about designing experiences. As an Architect with us, you will work on creating meaningful, engaging spaces through thoughtful planning, materiality, storytelling and spatial strategy. We work across experience centres, retail, commercial and built environments where design must be both functional and expressive. The role requires the ability to translate ideas into spatial solutions from early concepts and visualisation to technical drawings and coordination.

Responsibilities

Depending on your experience level, you may contribute to or lead parts of the following

■ Interpreting briefs and developing spatial concepts, layouts and design strategies

■ Preparing sketches, mood boards, presentations and 3D visualisations

■ Developing schematic and detailed design drawings

■ Preparing working drawings and construction documentation

■ Material research, selection and specification

■ Integrating structural, MEP and consultant inputs into design

■ Coordinating with project managers, consultants, vendors and internal teams

■ Participating in client discussions and presentations

■ Reviewing shop drawings and supporting site execution to maintain design intent

■ Applying knowledge of building codes, standards and site conditions

Skills / Qualifications

Education

■ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Architecture / Spatial Design from an accredited institution

Technical

■ Expertise in drafting software

■ Familiarity with 3D modelling tools 

■ Ability to create visual presentations 

■ Basic understanding of construction detailing and materials

Core Skills

■ Spatial and visualisation ability

■ Clarity in design thinking and problem-solving

■ Attention to detail and documentation discipline

■ Communication and collaboration skills

■ Proven experience in translating concepts into practical solutions
