Role Summary
At EuMo, projects are multidisciplinary; where brand, space, graphics and execution come together to create an experience. The Design Project Manager helps make this possible. You will translate contracts into structured planning, coordinate teams and ensure projects move from concept to reality smoothly, without losing design intent. The role sits at the intersection of clients, designers and execution teams across branding, spatial design, experience centres, retail environments and content projects.

Responsibilities
Depending on your experience level, you may contribute to or lead parts of the following
■ Converting client briefs into clear project plans, milestones and deliverables
■ Planning timelines, tracking progress and managing project schedules
■ Cross-functional coordination; between architects, interior designers, visual designers and consultants
■ Communicating with clients and ensuring expectations are aligned
■ Identifying risks, delays or gaps and resolving them proactively
■ Managing multiple parallel projects and priorities
■ Supporting internal reviews and design decision processes
■ Ensuring drawings, deliverables and documentation move on time between teams
■ Coordinating with vendors, fabricators and external partners
■ Supporting execution and installation phases when required
■ Maintaining project records, meeting notes and follow-ups
■ Conducting project closure reviews and documenting learnings
Skills / Qualifications
Education
■ Background in Architecture, Design, Project Management or related fields
■ Relevant experience in creative, design, architecture, retail or build environments is useful
Technical
■ Understanding of the design process (concept → design development → documentation → execution)
■ Familiarity with drawings, layouts and design deliverable
■ Comfort working with spreadsheets, documentation and planning tools
■ Familiarity with project tracking tools
