Role Summary
At EuMo, good projects depend on clear conversations. The Key Account Manager is responsible for understanding clients, structuring their requirements and ensuring communication between the client and design teams remains accurate and contextual. You will participate in discussions, interpret needs, organise information and help maintain continuity across long-running projects and multiple stakeholders.
This role manages clarity, expectations and relationships so the team can focus on design and delivery.

Responsibilities
Depending on your experience you may lead
■ Acting as the primary communication contact for assigned clients
■ Preparing for and participating in client meetings, discussions and reviews
■ Understanding business context, objectives and project intent
■ Converting conversations into structured briefs and clear written notes
■ Sharing relevant information with internal teams in a concise and usable manner
■ Ensuring client feedback is correctly interpreted and not lost in translation
■ Maintaining continuity across multiple discussions, stakeholders and decision-makers
■ Tracking decisions, approvals and change requests
■ Clarifying scope expectations and highlighting mismatches early
■ Preparing and sharing presentations, summaries and follow-ups
■ Supporting leadership in proposal discussions and ongoing accounts
■ Maintaining organised records of communication and project history
■ Cross-selling EuMo’s capabilities to the client
Skills / Qualifications
Education
■ Masters in Liberal Arts, Strategic Brand Management or Business Administration
■ Background in Design, Communication, Business, Marketing or related fields
■ Experience in a client-facing, coordination or account-handling role is useful
Technical
■ Ability to understand branding and brand strategy
■ Comfort writing clear client briefs
■ Familiarity with communication & planning tools
■ Proactive with internal strategy meetings
■ Capability to research and provide market and competitor insights
