Oaktree International School was conceived as a pioneering residential institution in Kolkata, delivering world-class international education.
It sought to introduce the region’s first truly international curriculum supported by global faculty and to position itself as a leading residential education destination in Eastern India.
The objectives were to

International education is often equated with imported curriculum. True global education however is integrative rather than imitative.
Research into the evolution of formal education revealed a deeper truth.
